If so, then I've got nothing to worry about for awhile as she shows
no indication of hogging so far. And you're right, there's nothing
there that would improve the transom support.

No argument here. I'd like to have the wheels further apart also, as I
want
to get her down lower so she's easier to launch and retrieve. But this
will
require either smaller tires or a wider axel. We'll see.
