Dory Taylor tells me we especially need more P15s for this Saturday's "Salt
and Pepper" sail from Estuary Park in Oakland. I understand there are some
potential Potterers who are hoping to get a close-up look and possibly a
ride in a Potter. So if anyone in the Bay Area has been thinking of taking
part in a PY sail but hasn't got a round to it yet, come on out and join
the fun this Saturday. The more the merrier - both P15s and P19s welcome,
and you don't have to be a club member.

The Oakland Inner Harbor, also called the Oakland Estuary, is an
interesting place to sail and a favorite place for our PY daysails. It's
sheltered water with lots to look at and several waterfront restaurants to
choose from if you want to stop for lunch. The ramp is free. If you want to
venture into the Bay, the area outside the Estuary, south of the Bay
Bridge, is also relatively sheltered.

For directions, see the PY web page at
<http://songbird.com/py/oakland2.htm>. An RSVP (email me) is appreciated
but not required. Just show up if you can make it.
