Yesterday while solo cruising down stream on the Delaware River [ well =
to
the side of the shipping channel of course ! ] I try to keep a good 360
degree watch. Suddenly I hear a high rpm engine bearing down on me
rapidily from astern ! "Oh my !" "Oh S___!" Spinning my head
around I see _nothing_! Then swush...roar....about twenty five feet
ABOVE my head....a single place, home-made ultralight roars overhead,
also going downstream. "Smart ass"...as I wipe up my spilled cup of
coffee with a paper towel!
