Have kept same synthetic sails onboard Tanzer 28 in slip just off the
Neuse river for 17 years - No problems if put away dry and cabin/storage
is reasonably well ventilated. If you have canvas/cotton sails, storage
thoroughly dry is a must and they should be checked often if storage has
radical fluctuations in temp & humity - of course we haven`t used/seen
this sail material in dog`s years <:->}...

We have solar vent/fan on our WWPOTTER-19 on the Potomac in VA, no
problem there either.
