I have not had the pleasure of meeting Larry Costa, as Jason Roberts has, =
but I have corresponded with him at length on the wwweb for at least a =
couple of years--since he began to rebuild _Otter_, which he sold to =
Jason, I think, before he bought _Happy Camper_.=20
He says that what he posted that got everyone so exercised was written in =
humor, and I believe him--from what I know of Larry nothing else is =
remotely possible.
Let's drop this line of conversation. By far the most interesting thing =
that I've read on the wwweb in the last several days is Harry Gordon's =
posting about John Van Ruth's _Freya_. I'd like to hear more of that =
story.
