Far as I know, the P19 has always had the lifting mount, certainly as far
back as mine (#439, 1987). I'm about to add a second such mount, moving
the original to stbd and installing a new, heavier model to port. This
will be my means of carrying the dinghy outboard when on a passage, as
well as being as much of a backup power source as a 2 hp can be.
