Makah hunting and whatnot

My understanding is that they have been given the right to hunt and kill 5 Gray
Whales a year until 2002. While I respect the heritage of the Makah tribe and
whatnot, I don't support their right to kill these whales for their stated
reasons.. I am sometimes ashamed and angered at my blood relatives in Norway
who are still active in the whaling industry, hunting and killing all manner of
whales when there is no real need to "harvest" whales any more..
