The suggestions are:
1. Put the reply on top of the old message...
2. Delete irrelevant stuff. (Or snip the stuff)...
3. Make subject relevant to discussion...
4. Place your vessel identification under your identification...
5. Place you home port last...
6. If sending to group also, do not send to individual too...
