Greetings:

Paul A. asked how to rig the main sheet. Here's how it is done on my
1997 P-19.

The equipment is as follows.

Single, stand-up, swivel-block with becket on port side of transom

Swivel cam cleat with fairlead in centre of transom

Single, stand-up, swivel-block on starboard side of transom

Double, swivel block on underside and at the aft end of the boom

About 40 feet of 1/4 in line

The line is tied, with a bowline, to the port becket, then run up to the
double block, down to the starboard block, back up to the double block,
then to the port block and finally to the fairlead/cam cleat.

I hope my description makes sense.

For those of you basking in the sun. We currently have about a foot of
snow on the ground although we are expecting 6 degrees Celsius on
Sunday. One warm day won't melt the snow although it will make it a
great day for outdoor activities in the snow and the warm weather will be
perfect for the Grey Cup game on Sunday.

P.S. The Grey Cup is the championship trophy for the Canadian Football
League. You know the game with the larger field and only three downs.
