I recently finished reading "The Ark of The Marindor". It is a novel, but is
centered around a classic wooden boat based on Josua Slocum's "Spray". It is
full of nautical lore. It involves an encounter with a hurricane, sailing
from New England to the Bermuda Triangle, undersea salvage, great drama, and a
gripping plot.

The following is from the book cover:

The Ark of the Marindor is a morally complex and dramatic nautical adventure,
with an ending that roars, like the wind during Katherine's final race for
shore.

I just put Tetra under a tarp for the duration and would recommend this to my
fellow winter bound Potterers. Great Read. I was lucky enough to find it at
my local library.
