One of my winter projects is to put tell tails (sp.?) on the 110% lapper and
the main. My question is: where should they actually be placed? How many on
the jib, distance from the luff and spacing along the luff? As for the main,
I've read somewhere that one tell tail somewhere near the second batten on the
main is a good indicator for wind flow. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
