I think this issue was recently discussed, so I'm sorry to have to ask
but...

I plan on using my battery to power electronic devices like radios,
lights, etc. at night while asleep in the cabin of my boat. My battery
is kept in a cabinet in the cabin of my boat. How much danger is there
of fumes collecting in the cabin in, say, eight hours of use?

Further, what is the advantage of a gel cell over a sealed battery? Can
you buy deep cycle sealed batteries?

Thanks,
Bill Longyard
