Hi gang, after a long hiatus (where did that word come from) I am sorta
settled into the new life and actually thinking (no, always was thinking, now
acting) about sailing again.
Need a sextant to play with, but don't want a $400 one right now. I remember
a thread about them way back, but couldn't find it. Anyone remember where to
get a beginners plastic one? Seems like the one I remember was under $50.
Just something to learn on is what I need. I've perused the catalogs, but
just find the good (out of my price range) ones.
The days are getting longer by about 4 minutes a day, so it's time to get Top
Banana out and wax 'er up. Soon as the frost melts, that is. Thanks!
