Hi Mike,
About moving your boat and trailer by hand, I have had the same problem. I
needed to get mine up a short grade from the street to the entrance to my
driveway and up a slight 25 ft. grade driveway and into my garage. After many
different ideas and attempts at doing this I finally settled on this one:

I now drive my car into the garage towing my rig over the main steeper grade
and onto the driveway. I get out of my car put blocks under my trailer and
unhitch it from the car. I then move the trailer by pushing the hitch to one
side and resetting the block on one wheel, that gives me room to back out the
car out of the garage.
Now, I just move the hitch back and forth each time resetting the block from
one wheel to the other. Each move, moves the trailer about 2 1/2 to 3 feet
with very little effort until it is in the garage. It's amazing how strait in
line I can keep the trailer moving.

Hope that may help your situation.

Has anyone ever used some kind of a dolly to place under the trailer
tongue to ease the job of moving a loaded boat/trailer by hand? I am pouring
a concrete pad along the side of my house to store my 2500lb boat. It is a
tight squeeze and I will need to wiggle the boat into place by hand. I am
thinking of some type of device with a large pivoting wheel and a handle that
would support the trailer tongue while pushing the boat into place by myself.
I welcome any suggestions!

Thank you!
