Going Forward on the P15

I've looked at the pictures of the P15 on the Potter website, and I have a
few questions.

How do you go to the foredeck on the P15? I notice that some have added
another set of grabrails forward of the shrouds. Are people swinging
outboard of the shrouds on the side decks? That might be exciting for a
large person, if there isn't a crew for counterweight. Is there room to go
forward over the cabin top? Do you have to stand up to do this?

For those who don't lead the halyards aft, can they be easily reached on
the mast by standing in the open hatch?
