Yeah, I forgot about the vertical forces; I had to repair mine because
of that leaning thing, added to a tendency to use it as a hassock when
at anchor. I don't really want to see broken tillers, just the events
that led to them -- a clearly impossible occurrence, making it safe
for one of my 'procrastinatory' tendencies to desire.

Sigh, it'll be 12 years in August; most of the retrofits have failed
by now. Anyway, I'm deferring to Judy in the area of describing ways
to improve P19s. I'll stick to demonstrating what they can do ... I
hope.
