My headliner was falling down in spots, so I took a single edge razor blade
and cut a small slot in the area of the loose carpet. Then I bought a plastic
(el cheapo) hypodermic needle at the hardware store and filled it with glue.
Just stick the needle into the slot, and inject the glue. Place a flat piece
of wood on the carpet and I used a dowell to hold pressure on it until the
glue dries. This worked great!
