"Heaving To" with a Lateen Rig?

Hi folks,
I posted this question on the Sunfish list and got no answers.
Since
there are a few Lateeners(?) in this group I thought someone might know the
answer. The question is, "Is it possible to 'Heave To' with a Lateen rig, or
is that just a sloop thing?" If so, how do you do it?
