Hi all! We've been watching this board since we got on the internet
over a year ago and have always valued all your opinions. We love the
sailing stories as well. We've had the greatest time with our Potter
and have mixed feelings about parting with her (especially after reading
a recent post by a new Potter owner that reminded us of our own
excitement after our Potter arrived). However, we feel the time has
come for us to take the next step in our sailing self-education and
purchase a bigger boat (I can almost hear the groans among Potter owners
:-) So here are the details of our proud little P19, Noa Noa:

We live in Green Bay, WI,
and have a 1994 19' Potter for sale. We bought this boat 2 years ago
from a man who was using her as a demonstrator (sort of an attempt at a
Potter dealership I guess). She had barely seen water. We've sailed
her on Green Bay for the last 2 seasons. She's been kept on a boat lift
in season and in our garage the rest of the year.

The hull is white with a blue pin stripe. The mainsail is blue/white
striped and includes a blue sail cover. The jib is blue. The boat also
comes with both the genoa and lapper sails which are white. She's
equipped with many of the extras offered by International Marine
including:
jiffy reefing
mast topping lift
boom vang
genoa tracks and blocks
genoa winches and cranks
fabric cushions
window curtains
cockpit cushions
cabin entrance ladder
v-berth windows
porta-potti (which has never been used)
marine cooking stove
bow pulpit
cockpit rails
mast carrier
transom boarding ladder
cockpit storage compartment
kick-up beaching rudder
5hp Tohatsu
Charging system
bow and stern running lights w/master control panel
mast anchor/steaming light
marine battery tray
interior cabin light
AM/FM cassette stereo
galvanized trailer w/ new trailer tongue wheel (allows for further
lowering of the bow, making it easier to get in the garage)
trailer tie-down straps
spare tire

Additionally, the keel hold down kit has been added (locks down keel and
seals daggar board trunk from water seepage). Dock lines, fenders,
anchor with rode and other miscellaneous items included.

Asking $8500 OBO. We're also selling a vertical boat lift which may be
valuable to anyone living on waterfront. Inquire, if interested.
