Try some roller guides for your trailer. I found them at Boats/US, but
they are probably
commonly available. The guides are mounted on the frame of the trailer
and have carpeted
rollers that can guide your boat onto the trailer. Mine make boat
recovery very easy. These
guide are not the plastic pipes extending four or five feet that you
sometimes see. They are
about a foot long and are quite sturdy.
