There's no such thing as a buoyant dog! Most dogs can swim when they're
conscious, but if knocked unconscious or forced to swim any distance, any dog
can drown. If you care for your canine buddy, he will always be wearing a PFD
while aboard.

Did you know that fat people are more buoyant than skinny people? This become
obvious when weighting yourself for SCUBA diving. Based on buoyant vs. non-
buoyant beings, this would mean that really fat people wouldn't need Pfd's.
Tell that to your mother-in-law! Use 'em! (Pfd's, not mothers-in-law.)
