As small as the P15 is, and maybe the P19 also, I suspect we can forget
about using the boom to hoist an MOB clear of the water. How about having a
suitable tackle attached around the base of the mast and just drag the
unfortunate person over the side of the boat and onto the cabintop? That
might be painful for the victim but better than remaining in cold water.
I'm assuming a situation where the MOB is unconscious or too weakened to
use the transom ladder.
