There have been "advertised" specials at different times of the year...
usually the beginning of the season. I don't think it was intentional, but..
as always.. negotiate what you feel is a fair price you are willing to bay,
and forget the rest. If it was worth 12,000 dollars to you... the it was
worth what you were willing to pay.
Bottom line, dont sweat the small stuff... enjoy the sailing
