You are looking at $40 to $60 for a tank, $10 (plastic) to $50 (chromed
brass) for a deck fill fitting and about $15 in hoses and misc. parts.
Those prices are for all new parts. The hardest part of the installation
for me was to come up with a way to mount the tank. Happy Camper is a '95
and has FG 'half tubes' glued crosswise in the area where I wanted the tank
to go (under the sink). I built a tray out of plywood and 3M caulked it to
the top of a couple of the tubes. I found it important that the tray have
tight fitting sides to keep the tank from sliding about. At first I tried
to screw the tray down, but the screws just worked loose. The caulk has held
for over a year now.
