I'm one floor below the 13th (?) CG district office, and have become (bus &
elevator) friends with the head of the district boating safety
office. (Thirty years after discharging as a USCG enlisted guy, I'm
finally finding out that officers aren't ALL bad. <g>)

I'll run upstairs Monday and see if he has anything. It's not ordinarily
a problem where I live, but he also covers Eastern Washington, Idaho and
Montana, where it could be more so.
