I have those same blocks - and the same question. The blocks in my boat are not
fastened down, but are so large and ackward that they could not be removed (with
the liner and deck in place) without cutting them into pieces.

I keep seeing references to crawling under the cockpit seats but my boat has
some rather hefty blocks of foam flotation in those spaces and I can't see
how you could move it. Don't other P15's have this foam flotation?
