Wow - 6 months to travel the Eastern US! Well, I
would definately suggest the Florida Keys (sail down
to Key West, the Dry Tortugas, and Ft. Jefferson),
Charleston SC (but I may be biased!), and the NC Outer
Banks (stop in at Ocracoke and Oriental). Probably
Annapolis and the Northern Chesapeake Bay, as well as
the coast of Maine! Of course you could head the
opposite way and sail the Northwest passage! ;^)
What a great dilemma to have! Have fun, and keep us
updated on your plans!
