I SAIL, SHE PAINTS

We take time separately to accommodate our hobbies '98' I sailed two cruises
with Guy Hubbard GULF/FLA. and Chesapeake Bay, MD. She painted, Santa Fe, NM
and Dunes in MI.

This year '99' we are exploring togetherness. We found some Painting courses
given on Sailing Vessels in England. One was Watercolor Painting Cruise of
the Thames and North Kent Coast Accommodated on board Thames Sailing Barge
"Wyvenhoe" This included participation as crew in the SWALE MATCH on the last
day. Another was Sail & Sketch the BROADS from the Norfolk Wherry 'ALBION.'

Due to the physical demands presented, literature said "think camping on
water" and "you are advised to carry some seasickness tablets with you," we
decided NOGO. Instead we have opted for Mary to sign up for a weeks Course
August Sun 8th. - Fri. 13th. given by the Broadland Arts Center at the Old
School in Dilham, North Walsham Norfolk. We will be staying thru the
following Fri. 20th.

This brings me to the reason for this Message. I understand that I should be
able to find some sailing in the Norfolk-Broads National Park area. I know as
a lurker/participant on the Com-Pac and WWPotter lists and a member of the
SeaWard family that there may be some members who have first hand knowledge
of this area and can help point me in the right direction. Any advise will be
appreciated.
