Did a mainsail check today after the reefing points and slugs were
installed. The top batten seems to be about 3 to 4 inches longer than the
sail sleeve. Is this normal? Do I retrun it to the sail stretcher to see
if he has a batten shrinker?
All advice appreciated. Expect to put it in the water Monday.
