I posted earlier that tightening the steering screw on the Nissan 5hp 4
stroke didn't work. I since have seen posts that it does. I wouldn't have
wanted to tighten that screw any more than I did and the motor still moved.
Maybe its because I have a p14 (I know its a little overkill) and the
steering is a little more responsive. I would still like to tie the motor to
the movement of the tiller. if anyone has done this I would appreciate a
discussion on the best way to accomplish this. I am thinking metal bar
between the two but I want to be able to attach and unattach it quickly. Also
does anyone know where you can get a adjustable small diameter metal bar?
The kind that works like an extension rod for painting. Thanks
