Ted, you are right, the short rigged P.19's were the exception. I have only
seen pictures of these boats, and very few were ever made. However, these
boats were another Joe Edwards creation. Joe , however did manage to keep the
Potter line going through some hard times. And most of his changes were to
keep the cost down for the first time buyer. Jerry Barrilleaux
