I have been considering what to do with regards to the water system. I
have the standard two bag system which I have modified by a) adding hose
clamps (there were none) and b) putting the water bags in dishpans to
prevent punctures. I can still fit a small ice chest under the sink with
this arrangement.

However, noting the performance discussion, I am considering putting a 16
gallon (128 lbs) triangular shaped watter container from West Marine in
the hold forward of the mast step. I thought I could put a through fill in
the little seat at the front, and pipe the water back to the faucet. I
would still use the same set-up for waste water. I was thinking of putting
in a permanant icebox in the under sink compartment and installing a pump
to pump out the waste storage tank - would also like to pump out melted ice
water with the same unit. Questions? Concerns?
