Thee best fix is to pull the wires (attatch some cord to them before you pull
them down or up the mast so that you can pull them back into place) then wrap
plastic wire ties around them every 6 inches or so leaving a 6 inch tail on
the ties. Then pull the wires back into place and reattatch to light. etc.
The tie-tails pressing against the inside of the mast will keep everything
nice and quiet.
