East Coasties & Web Gang:

"Aqua" is for sale.

Two reasons why are as follows:

1) an ongoing medical concern of mine

(I think reason #2 is far more important though)

2) Kathryn and Rachel, our daughters, informed us last week that they
loved "Aqua" but wanted to move up now to something more of a
challenge. (This took Michele and I completely by surprise!) When we
questioned them further about this, they both had differing answers but
the end result was the same. Kathryn (my oldest at 11 yrs) indicated
that she would really like a cabin. Rachel (my youngest at 6 yrs)
indicated that she would like a cabin too while wanting "more stuff to
do" while underway, meaning, she wants to be more involved in the nuts
and bolts of sailing. "Aqua" is so easy to sail that a lot of the time,
we're along for the ride as contented passengers!

Because the girls picked out "Aqua" in the first place and Michele and I
have really given them a real voice in where our family sailing
adventures lead us, their desires have real weight and merit.
