P15 Swing Keel Blocks

Greetings, All!
I've noticed that the screws securing my swing keel blocks to the deck
of the cabin of my P15 are rusting pretty badly. I don't know if
they've been replaced in the past or the galvanizing has gone away or
what. What I need to know is what is under the deck there? Has anyone
redone this on their P15? I can't reach up to that location (I guess my
arms are just too short) and was wondering before I pull them out what I
would be getting into when I try to reinstall them. As usual, help and
advice is always welcome and accepted with a big smile :-)
