I had scum line in my P-15 for years and couldn't remove it. Then I tried
"The Works" toilet bowl cleaner. The scum just wiped right off. I also use
it to remove the rust stains in our hot tub. I know some of you will cringe
at the thought of using something that strong, but my answer to that is
"They make more". :-) So far I haven't seen any damage to the boat or hot
tub. I do know that if you use a sponge the sponge will disintegrate.
