I've been considering doing a complete check over of the outboards. One
concern of mine is the possibility of re-installing the propeller on
backwards. Obviously the boat will run the opposite of expected, but what
kind of damage is possible? Can it possibly increase engine life by making
it "weather" in the opposite direction? How do I know when the propeller is
on in the right direction?
