I am about to do something I may regret, but I have decided to sell my "new
to me" Potter 15. As things have turned out, my wife and two children do
not share my enthusiasm for sailing. I usually end up sailing alone, and
while I enjoy sailing, I would prefer spending leisure time together as a
family. Therefore, I have decided to sell the boat and pursue other hobbies
that the entire family enjoys, like camping and kayaking.

My Potter was built in 1987. Her hull is white with red stripe accent trim.
The boat looks great, is very clean throughout, and is in excellent
condition. I have only sailed the boat in fresh water about 6 times since I
have owned it. The sails are just like new. Below is a list of features.

- Odyssey Sails: red jib and red and white mainsail
- Reef points and sail slugs on mainsail. Jiffy reefing
- 2 HP Evinrude motor (1984 but like new...runs clean/quiet and starts
easy)
- Fabric cabin cushions
- Laminated tiller handle and new mahogany kick-up rudder blade.
- Bow Pulpit
- Galvanized tilt trailer with large tires (like new), bearing buddies,
spare tire, and trailer strap
- New teak cabin top handles and refinished cabin hatch door
- Mast Carrier (factory)
- Miscellaneous extras like gas can, 2-stroke oil, fenders.

The boat is ready to sail and launches like a dream with the tilt trailer.
The first $3500 takes it. I can be reached at mekern@softcom.net or phone
me at 916-983-9831. If you want to see some pictures,
