Gang,

Rye Gewalt took me sailing on the lovely Potomac River
yesterday afternoon to demonstrate his spinaker or genaker or
whatever; I will call it a Thingaker. Started in 3.5 mph
winds (according to later weather check) and it really made
the P19 move. Rye showed me several different ways to rig it
and I think it was great. After several hours the wind came
up and we shifted to a small jib (puny little thing actually
<bg>) and sailed down and back the river again. We had a blast
and I was only an hour late meeting my wife........ She
hadn't gotten worried yet, so all was well.

Going to have to get some sort of a Thingaker myself after I
finish all of the other projects I've started.

Rye thanks for a great sail.
