Density = Mass/ volume...........

Therefore

Mass=volume X density

The density of lead = 11.3 g/cm3

Figure the volume of your piece of lead and multiply it by the density above
and you will have its mass.. You need to figure the volume in cubic
centimeters to use the density above.

Once you have the mass in grams use the following conversion..

1000 grams = 2.2 lbs.
