A man was sailing a boat and realizes that he is lost. He slows down and =

notices another sailor nearby. He lowers his sails and shouts:'' excuse =
me.=20
can you help me? I promised a friend that I would meet him a half an =
hour ago=20
but I don'tknow where I am."
The other sailor says, " You are at sea level. You are north 42 degrees=20
34.899' and west 087 degrees 48.617' " .
"You must be an engineer", says the lost sailor.
"I am", replies the man. "How did you know?"
"Well," says the lost sailor, "everything you told me is technically =
correct,=20
but I have know idea what to make of your information, and the fact is, =
I am=20
still lost."
The other sailor says, "You must be a manager."
"I am, but how did you know", says the lost sailor.
"Well," says the second sailor, "you don't know where you are or where =
you=20
are going. You have made a promise that you have no idea how to keep, =
and you=20
expect me to solve your problem. The fact is you are in the exact same=20
position you were in before we met, but somehow it is now my fault."
