Frank:

I think we may need more info to understand what has happened.

1. Did you buy the boat in this condition?

2. If not, what brought about the predicament? Sometimes a P15 centerboard
will get jammed when the boat has been beached because sand or gravel gets
wedged inside the trunk.

3. Where is the boat now - in the water or on the trailer?

4. What is your sail/hull number? The centerboard trunk is different on
earlier models.
