A couple folks have commented about the keel hold down bolts popping loose
when hitting an object.

My P-19 has 2 each heavy commercial grade bungee cords holding the keel
down, but yet they allow for some upward movement. Maybe one would be
sufficient, but two seem fine. I haven't seen anyone comment about this
type of a solution yet. I believe it is a Larry Costa original, it seems
to work quite well.

I'm also finding the keel up conversation interesting, mine is set up for
the two bolt config, never thought about the added stress on the boat,
interesting, gonna halfta ponder that one.
