<< Greetings Potter People
Its' just after 4:00 pm EDT here and I think the worst is over. The
flooding in my area is the worst it has been in the 34 years I have lived
here (and I'm only 38). I have over 14" of water all around my home. Luckily
I have a home that sits on a very high foundation, but the cars were not so
lucky. They both have a few inches of water inside of them. I won't try to
move them till the water clears out and then only after checking them over
real well. I did have a funny thought though, to float my Potter 15 around
to the front yard, rig it up and take a picture. My wife didn't like the
idea much so I didn't do it. But you have to admit it would be a once in a
lifetime shot<G>.

Bet you would of had some fun...

As a kid I used to lived in an area by beach where it flooded often. I had a
small dink with a 2HP that I would motor around neighborhood streets and use
to ferry people out of their homes to "shore" for a $dollar$. Many a party
was financed by the ferry service.
