<< Its an interesting thought, but, what would you do with the boat while you
are using the trailer, and if the boat is moored or slipped, would placing
a flat load on the supports maybe unbend them so they later would not match
up with the curvature of your hull to properly cradle it? >>
I do not have a Potter trailer for my P19. I use trailer from my 20'
powerboat which has bunk beds consisting of a 2"x5"x7' mounted on two
supports close to ends. Potter sits fine and bends supports to cradle hull
shape. When Motorboat (deep V with flat run) sits on bunks they are straight
and conform to its hull shape.
I would assume from what I have seen of Potter trailers for P19 that you
would not have a problem carrying a powerboat or flat panels on same as long
as they straddled bunk supports.
I have no rollers on trailer and just drive either boat to bow stop, tie boat
and drive out and away.
