I know this has been asked before, but can anyone give a brief
synopsis of the best techniques to clean a severely oxidized hull
with a variety of mildew spots, and other grunge?

Thanks. Hope to take my Siren 17 out next Saturday. First sail
since I sold my P-15 a few years ago.
