I had the same problem with jamming the furling drum, and then moved the
first lead block to a higher position (used the BowSpirit to affix a SS
Clamp braket type of fairlead from West Marine. that fixed the problem.
The deck mounted block was too low. If you need pictures, I can upload
tomorrow.
