Hi Rye
As far as I know all P 19s chain lockers drain to the bilge. I turn the
vent so it faces aft have been in 8ft following seas 9sec intervils with 28nt
winds. No watter found its way in (except a little from the dagerboard) But I
have concidered your drain idea and will continue to think about it.
