Hi All:
After many weeks of reading all your wonderful suggestions and helpful
hints. All the encouragement and kind words. I finally single handed my
new P-19 this weekend. I was actually able to rig it myself thanks to the
great description of how to use the mast raising system from Eric Pederson
on the PY web site. I also was able to get it onto the trailer and all the
rest. I learned loads, like the need to have dock lines that are at least
as long as your boat. Mine are only 14 feet long and it makes for a
scramble when docking by yourself. I also learned the basic anchoring
techniques. I hadn't a clue before this weekend. It's one thing to read
about it and quite another to actually do it when your brand new boat is on
the other end of the line.

I met Frank and Raeanne with their P-14 Sweetpea at Lake San Antonio on
Sunday and we stayed till Tuesday. Wind was almost not existant on Monday
but we had a nice light breeze on Tuesday and I had a really delightful time
dinking (or Pottering) about with Frank and Sweetpea.

I just want to thank you all for all the help and encouragement you have
been and publicly thank Frank and Raeanne for their generous hospitality
during our stay
