Hi Folks,

The weekenders who are launching at Grand Av ramp can get secured parking
next door to the ramp at the Alameda Marina. There is also on street
parking. Check the "no Parking" signs carefully though!

The Alameda Marina is adjacent to the Grand Av ramp, to the east. To get
there, drive away from the water at the ramp, take a left on Clemente, then
take a left into Gate 7. Enter the gate, drive towards the water, and take a
left at the end. On your right is the HarborMaster's Office (upstairs).

The HarborMaster will require the license plate number of both your car and
your trailer. It is $10 for overnight for both the car and trailer in
secured parking. If you past Sunday, be sure to register with the
HarborMaster. for another day.

Some offstreet parking near Grand Av Ramp is available as well. If there are
spaces, you can park along Grand Av., as long as you don't block any alleys.

I noticed another ppotential parking spot today. To get there: Drive up
Grand away from the water and take a left on Clemente. Take the first left.
Read the signs carefully. Some areas have parking permitted, others are
restricted.

As before, we are asking daysailors to launch over at Estuary Park in Oakland.

See everybody Saturday morning!

Fair winds,
Judy B
